 Your initial Nano Brows Eyebrow Tattoo is considered incomplete until you have had a touch up. Touch up appointments are necessary to strengthen the pigment bond under your skin. During your touch up appointment we will access your healed results, how your skin held pigment, as well as make any adjustments you require or desire in regards to colour and shape.

 Our bodies naturally absorb the pigment over time. Therefor we suggest an additional touch up annually to maintain the definition of your eyebrow tattoo.  Moving forward, touch-up appointments are required once a year to further enhance, define shape, increase density, and freshen up your colour.  Just like most beauty services > manicures, pedicures, botox, injectables, laser treatments, etc > your brows also require maintenance to keep them fresh and defined.

OUR POLICIES

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

We cannot effectively operate our business with clients changing their booked and secured appointment date and time. If you cancel your Cosmetic Tattoo Appointment Appointment for any reason you will lose your deposit, and be required to rebook with another deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferrable to future appointments if you cancelled a previous appointment.

TOUCH-UP PRICING

Our Touch-up pricing is reserved exclusively for clients that had their initial cosmetic tattoo done at Browcasso. We do not offer our touch-up pricing for any cosmetic tattooing done outside of Browcasso.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A $100.00 deposit is required when booking your Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments. Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your procedure at the time of your appointment. If you choose to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be automatically forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable to future appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancelled appointments are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. All change of appointment requests are subject to a $100 booking fee. This $100 cancellation or change of appointment fee is the deposit you paid to schedule your appointment.

To rebook your cancelled or change request of any Cosmetic Tattoo scheduled appointment, you will be required to secure your new appointment with a $100 deposit. Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your procedure at the time of your appointment. If you choose to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be automatically forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable to future appointments.

We completely understand things come up. Emergencies occur, sickness happens, your financial situation may change, and life sometimes just gets in the way of scheduled appointments. Providing you with my advanced micro-Pigmentation services is my career. It is how I financially support my family. I too have bills to pay, financial commitments and a young family to care for. I reserve my time especially for you at your scheduled appointment, and I hope you understand my cancellation fee is a necessary part of operating a viable business to offer you my services in the future.

ADDITIONAL COST POLICIES

•  If you are approved for correction or cover-up work of your old faded tattoo, you will be charged an additional minimum of $100.00 on top of our regular priced services. This cost is for the difficulty, and extra time we incur working over other artists work. *Please note that correction work and cover-ups will require more than 1 touch-up to achieve the desired outcome. Touch-up appointments are not included, and current pricing for touch-ups will apply at each appointment.

•  If you have an old, very faded tattoo you would like covered up, or corrected, please email us prior to booking an appointment. Please include clear photos of your brows in your email. If your brows are dark, defined, discoloured, or asymmetrical, we would suggest tattoo removal.
   

• If you cannot make our offered scheduled appointment times we have available for all appointment types, and request a time outside of our posted schedule, there will be a $100 cost to you for us to come in on our day off, a stat holiday or work early/late to accommodate you if we are able to do so.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We reserve your appointment date and time exclusively for you. We may need to cancel and reschedule your appointment if you are any more than 15 minutes late in order to accommodate the remainder of our daily appointments. If we believe there is not enough time to complete your appointment due to your late arrival, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
